Terms of use

The ground rules for using this website and the resources linked from it.

Last updated: reviewed 2026

By accessing projectresearchllc.com (the "Site"), operated by Project Research LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Project Research LLC and its projects, along with links to third-party software, media and resources. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

2. Security tools & authorized use

The cybersecurity section links to third-party security and penetration-testing software. These tools are powerful and are intended only for use on systems you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test. You are solely responsible for using them lawfully. Unauthorized scanning, access, interception or exploitation of systems may be illegal. Project Research LLC does not host this software and is not responsible for your use of it.

3. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we make no guarantees about third-party sites or software linked here.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Research LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any linked resources.

5. Intellectual property

The Project Research LLC name, logo and original content on this Site are the property of Project Research LLC. Third-party names and marks referenced here belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Artificial intelligence disclosure

Project Research LLC uses AI tools — including Anthropic's Claude — in developing, testing and maintaining this Site and our software products (including SilverArrow), and may use AI assistance to draft or edit written content on this Site, in product documentation, and in associated social media posts and videos. No AI system acts as a person on our behalf, negotiates with users, or independently represents Project Research LLC; AI-assisted output is reviewed by our team before publication. We do not use AI to generate fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or deceptive endorsements. If a specific feature uses AI to interact with you directly (for example, a chatbot), that will be separately disclosed at the point of use. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions: projectresearchllc@protonmail.com · 857-201-2041 ext. 800. Business address: Project Research LLC, 867 Boylston Street Suite 500 #1227, Boston, MA 02116.

10. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Project Research LLC product or service (including SilverArrow) will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration will take place in Boston, Massachusetts, or another mutually agreed location, or, at the option of the party bringing the claim, by phone, video conference or written submissions. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Project Research LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Arbitration will proceed on an individual basis only. This clause survives termination of these Terms. Nothing here limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

11. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Project Research LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice including: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send copyright notices to projectresearchllc@protonmail.com. We are in the process of registering a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and will publish that agent's name and contact information here once registration is complete.
